This shipping and delivery policy outlines how Well Earth India delivers its services to you. As a professional Plantation-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider, our fulfillment process is entirely digital.
Nature of Delivery
Well Earth India does not ship physical products, saplings, or paper kits to residential addresses. All services are performed on our managed land in Rajasthan, and the corresponding proof of service is delivered digitally.
Delivery Timeline
Orders are processed, and the Digital Certificate of Plantation along with the Unique Tree ID are delivered to your registered email address within 24 to 48 hours from the date of the order and successful payment.
Method of Delivery
Delivery of our services will be confirmed via the email ID specified at the time of registration. You will receive a secure link or an attachment containing your digital assets.
Service Confirmation
A service is considered "Delivered" once the Digital Certificate and Geo-tag coordinates have been sent to your email. These digital coordinates allow you to virtually verify the location of your tree on Google Maps.
Address Responsibility
Delivery of all digital assets and future tree updates will be made to the email address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the email address is accurate and active.
Liability
Well Earth India shall not be liable for any delays in digital delivery caused by technical issues with third-party email service providers or incorrect information provided by the user.
Refunds on Service Costs
Any service charges or administrative fees associated with the plantation and digital fulfillment are non-refundable.
