Well Earth India Refund and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform (https://wellearth.in/). Under this policy:

Immediate Allocation

Well Earth India operates on an "Instant Allocation" model. Because our system immediately assigns a specific, pre-planted tree to your name or your loved one's name upon payment, cancellation requests are generally not entertained once an order is successfully placed.

Perishable Nature of Service

As our service involves biological assets (living trees) and manual labor for "Forever Care," Well Earth India does not accept cancellation or refund requests once the service has been initiated.

Quality and Replacement Guarantee

In case you feel that the service received is not as described on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your Digital Certificate.

Lifetime Replacement

While we do not offer monetary refunds for successfully completed plantations, we provide a 100% Replacement Guarantee. If your assigned tree fails to survive due to natural causes, we will replace it with a new sapling at zero additional cost to ensure your green legacy remains intact.

Defective Digital Assets

In case of technical errors in your Digital Certificate (e.g., incorrect name or Tree ID), please report this to our customer service team immediately. We will rectify and issue a corrected certificate within 24-48 hours.

Failed Transactions

For payments where money is debited but no order is generated, the refund is typically processed automatically by the payment gateway (e.g., PayU) or your bank within 5-7 working days.

Processing of Approved Refunds

In the rare case of an approved monetary refund by Well Earth India, it will take 7-10 working days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your original payment method.
