This Privacy Policy describes how Well Earth India and its affiliates (collectively "Well Earth India, we, our, us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website https://wellearth.in/ (hereinafter referred to as Platform). We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India, and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information, or availing of our Plantation-as-a-Service offerings, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and the laws of India.

Collection

We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, such as name, address, telephone number, and email ID. Some sensitive personal data, such as bank account or payment instrument information, may be collected with your consent to enable transactions via our payment partners.

Third-Party Data: If you disclose personal data relating to other people for the purpose of a Gift or Memorial dedication, you represent that you have the authority to do so.

Transactional Data: We collect information related to your transactions on the Platform to issue Digital Certificates and Unique Tree IDs.

Usage

We use personal data to provide the services you request, such as tree allocation, maintenance updates, and certificate delivery. We also use your data to:

• Assist business partners in fulfilling orders and enhancing customer experience.
• Resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, and detect protection against error or fraud.
• Provide Geo-tag updates and tree health reports as part of our service-based model.

We may disclose personal data to third parties such as business partners and payment instrument issuers (e.g., PayU) to facilitate your access to our services. We may disclose personal and sensitive personal data to government or law enforcement agencies if required by law or to protect the safety of our users or the general public.
